肿痛安胶囊联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶对口腔溃疡患者VAS评分及复发率的影响

Effect of Zhongtong’an capsule combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel on VAS score and recurrence rate in patients with oral ulcer

目的探究肿痛安胶囊联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶对口腔溃疡患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及复发率的影响。方法100例口腔溃疡患者,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(41例)和试验组(59例)。对照组给予重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗,试验组在对照组基础上联合肿痛安胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、复发率、复发时间及治疗前后中医证候积分、VAS评分、炎性反应[血浆白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-10(IL-10)]。结果试验组患者的总有效率94.92%高于对照组的78.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候主症、次症积分均较治疗前降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血浆IL-2、IL-10水平均较治疗前改善,且观察组血浆IL-2水平高于对照组、血浆IL-10水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后6个月复发率32.20%低于对于对照组的75.61%,复发时间(42.93±4.55)d长于对照组的(30.22±3.64)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组VAS评分(1.14±0.55)分低于对照组的(2.67±0.83)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿痛安胶囊联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗口腔溃疡患者效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,抑制炎性反应,缓解疼痛程度,降低复发率,延长复发周期。

Objective To investigate the effect of Zhongtong’an capsule combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel on visual analogue scale(VAS)score and recurrence rate in patients with oral ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with oral ulcer were divided into control group(41 cases)and experimental group(59 cases)by difference treatment methods.The control group was treated by recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel,and the experimental group was treated by Zhongtong’an capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,recurrence rate,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,VAS score,inflammatory response[plasma interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.92%of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group 78.05%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the raditional Chinese medicine main and secondary syndrome integral of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of plasma IL-2 and IL-10 of the two groups were better than those before treatment,the plasma IL-2 level of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the plasma IL-10 was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the recurrence rate 32.20%of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and recurrence time(42.93±4.55)d was longer than that of the control group(30.22±3.64)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,VAS score(1.14±0.55)points of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(2.67±0.83)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhongtong’an capsule combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor external gel shows affirmative effect for oral ulcer,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,inhibit inflammatory reaction,relieve pain,reduce recurrence rate and prolong recurrence period.
