临床护理路径在眼科白内障患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of clinical nursing pathway in cataract patients of ophthalmology department

目的探讨临床护理路径在眼科白内障患者护理中的应用效果。方法80例眼科白内障患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行临床护理路径。对比两组护理前后焦虑、抑郁评分及并发症发生情况。结果护理后,观察组焦虑评分(40.12±3.39)分、抑郁评分(39.76±3.65)分均低于对照组的(46.25±3.79)、(48.60±4.12)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率2.5%低于对照组的17.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对白内障患者实施临床护理路径护理,患者负面情绪改善,并发症发生率降低,此方法可临床推广。

Objective To discuss the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in cataract patients of ophthalmology department.Methods A total of 80 cataract patients of ophthalmology department were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group received clinical nursing pathway.The anxiety score and depression score before and after nursing,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the anxiety score(40.12±3.39)points and depression score(39.76±3.65)points of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(46.25±3.79)and(48.60±4.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications 2.5%of the observation group was lower than that of the control group 17.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway for cataract patients can improve negative emotions of patients and lower the incidence of complications.This method can be clinically promoted.
