随着社会经济的快速发展,我国对技能型人才的需求越来越大,这进一步促进了我国职业教育的发展。职业教育作为国家培养和输出技能型人才的重要阵地,要想紧跟时代发展的脚步就必须不断地进行改革和创新,以满足国家建设需求,培养更多具有高素质的技能型人才也成为新时期对职业教育的新要求、新挑战。基于此,职业教育在改革和创新的过程中必须首先找到现阶段的发展问题,进而通过一些有效的策略去解决这些问题,以期促进职业教育更好更快地发展。

With the rapid development of social economy,our country needs more and more skilled talents,which further promotes the development of our vocational education.As an important position for the country to train and export skilled talents,the vocational education must constantly carry out reforms and innovations to meet the needs of national construction if it is to keep pace with the development of the times,training more high-quality skilled personnel has also become a new era of vocational education requirements,new challenges.Therefore,in the process of reform and innovation,the vocational education must first identify the current stage of development problems,and then through some effective strategies to solve these problems,with a view to promoting better and faster development of the vocational education.
