Research on Current Situation and Refinement Strategy of Scientific Research Management in Private Higher Vocational Colleges——Take Wuxi South Ocean College as an Example

民办高职的科研管理因其受到诸多掣肘存在不少问题,从体系管理、制度管理到人员管理都有极大的优化弹性和提升空间。当现代企业中的精细化管理理念融入民办高职的科研管理模式,针对当前科研管理凸显的问题和难点,精细化科研管理策略通过细化机构设置、制度规范、工作流程,专注科研质量使民办高职的科研管理得到助力,从而促进民办高职科研成果由量向质转变。

There are many problems in the management of scientific research in civilian-run higher vocational colleges.From system management,system management to personnel management,there is great flexibility and room for improvement.When the idea of fine management in modern enterprises is integrated into the management model of scientific research in private higher vocational colleges,in view of the problems and difficulties highlighted in the current management of scientific research,the management strategy of fine-grained scientific research helps the management of private higher vocational colleges by refining the organization setup,system standardization and work flow,and focusing on the quality of scientific research,so as to promote the civilian-run higher vocational research results from quantity to quality change.
