高校二级党组织落实全面从严治党主体责任问题调查分析

An Investigation and Analysis on the Implementation of the Responsibility of the Party’s Main Body in a Comprehensive and Strict Way by the Secondary Party Organizations in Higher Colleges

落实党组织主体责任是推进全面从严治党的必然要求,是党的执政之基、执政之源,是党的全部工作和战斗力的基础。高校二级党组织落实从严治党主体责任工作不仅是高校党组织自身发展的需要,更是新时代党的建设工作的必然要求。本文在调查问卷的基础上,探析高校二级基层党组织全面落实从严治党主体责任存在的问题、原因以及解决的对策。

Implementing the main responsibility of the Party organization is an inevitable requirement for advancing the strict administration of the Party.It is the foundation and source of the Party’s governance,and it is the basis of the Party’s overall work and combat effectiveness.The implementation of strict management of the Party’s main responsibility by the secondary Party organizations in universities is not only the need for the development of the Party organizations in universities,but also the inevitable requirement for the Party’s construction in the new era.Based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the problems,reasons,and solutions to the problem of the strict implementation of the Party’s main responsibility in the secondary grass-roots Party organizations at colleges and universities.
