新时代欠发达区域高职院校网络思政教育研究——以宁德职业技术学院为例

Research on Network Ideological and Political Education of Vocational Colleges in Underdeveloped Regions in the New Era——Take Ningde Vocational and Technical College as an Example

党的十九大报告指出中国特色社会主义进入了新时代。党和国家对思政工作的重视也达到了前所未有的高度,习近平总书记指出思政教育工作要“因事而化、因时而进、因势而新”。同时,网络、数字信息、新媒体、人工智能、5G等技术也迎来了新机遇。依托新媒体等网络技术创新思政工作载体,对于欠发达区域的高职院校思政建设有着重要的意义。欠发达区域由于办学基础薄弱、硬件设施不足、人才贫瘠等原因网络思政工作方面比较落后。本研究以宁德职业技术学院(以下简称宁职院)为例,针对欠发达区域高职院校如何突破区域瓶颈,提升网络思政工作水平提出具体建议。

The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The Party and the state have also attached unprecedented importance to ideological and political work.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological and political education work should be“changed by events,improved by time and improved by situation”.At the same time,network,digital information,new media,artificial intelligence,5G and other technologies have also ushered in new opportunities.Due to the weak educational foundation and insufficient hardware facilities in underdeveloped regions,the network ideological and political aspects are relatively backward.Taking Ningde Vocational and Technical College as an example,this study proposes a new path to break through the regional bottleneck and strengthen the network ideological and political construction.
