This paper analyzes the constraints of the new generation of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start a business,and addresses the problems of financing difficulties,large market risks,lack of government services,and insufficient rural infrastructure.A good entrepreneurial environment,migrant workers should strive to improve their personal literacy,etc.,and propose an effective development strategy for the new generation of migrant workers to return home to start their own businesses.The aim is to truly meet the needs of the new generation of migrant workers to return to their hometowns to start businesses and help them start their businesses smoothly,so as to promote economic development in rural areas.
