摘要 网络信息化的快速发展推动了我国英语教育的前行,拓宽了英语教学途径,对我国传统英语课堂教学是一种补充和完善。教师的核心素养对学生全面发展具有十分重要的影响,高校应引导大学英语教师不断强化自我提升的意识形态,为大学英语教师创建有利的核心素养生成氛围,精准获取英语教育价值取向转变方向。从而,确保大学英语教师能更好地适应全球大融合的发展趋势,建立先进的教学理念。 The rapid development of network informationization has promoted the advancement of English education in our country and broadened the English teaching methods,which is a kind of complement and improvement to our traditional English classroom teaching.The core literacy of teachers has a very important impact on the overall development of students.Colleges and universities should guide college English teachers to continuously strengthen the ideology of self-improvement,create a favorable atmosphere for the generation of core literacy for college English teachers,and accurately acquire the direction of English education value changes.Therefore,to ensure that college English teachers can better adapt to the development trend of global integration and establish advanced teaching concepts.
