摘要 高职院校大学英语课程是现代职业教育的有机组成部分,在培养高素质劳动者,实施素质教育过程中主要助力于培养高素质劳动者的可持续职业发展。有了成功的大学英语教学,才能为我国高职人才培养事业添砖加瓦。成功的大学英语教学离不开具有相应专业水平的大学英语教师。当前高职院校注重技术技能型人才培养,注重专业课程建设,大学英语课程作为一门公共基础课被严重边缘化,很多高职院校大量压缩大学英语课程学时,高职院校大学英语教师专业发展面临困境,高职院校大学英语教师专业发展现状及路径值得探究。 The college English course offered by polytechnics is an integral part of the modern vocational education,which contributes to the sustainable professional development of the high-quality workers in the process of implementing the education for all-around development.Only with the success of college English teaching can we add bricks to the cause of talent cultivation in higher vocational education.Successful college English teaching cannot be separated from college English teachers with corresponding professional level.At present,higher vocational colleges pay more attention to the cultivation of skilled talents and the construction of specialized courses.College English course,as a public and basic course,is seriously marginalized.In many higher vocational colleges,the hours of college English courses have been reduced considerably and the professional development of college English teachers in higher vocational colleges is facing difficulties.The current situation and the paths of professional development of college English teachers in higher vocational colleges are worth exploring.
