废旧滤袋重金属元素成分分析及清洗技术研究

The composition analysis and cleaning process research for heavy metals in waste bags

以废旧纺织品滤袋为研究对象,测定了各工况下废旧滤袋中的重金属元素成分和含量,通过改变清洗剂种类、浓度和清洗时间以及混合清洗顺序等技术参数对废旧滤袋进行化学清洗。研究表明,鉴于滤袋上所含有重金属元素及其清洗效果的复杂性,需要先确定滤袋上重金属元素种类以及含量,再根据实际情况选择清洗剂进行清洗,从而达到省时经济的高效清洗,为后续废旧滤袋的回收再利用提供一种技术思路。

Heavy metals in waste bags from different working conditions were determined,and then cleaned in various ways through changing the reagents,reagent concentrations,cleaning time as well as order.It turns out that the determination of heavy metals should be carried out first due to the complexity of cleaning effect on heavy metals.After that,cleaning plans with advantages of time-saving,economy and high efficiency could be set according to the conditions,which would provide a technical solution for waste bag recycling.
