摘要
以用模拟含油乳化液浸泡饱和的油包覆离子交换树脂作为再生对象,硫酸镁、氯化铝作为再生剂,比较了有油膜包覆时直接用再生剂再生和消除油膜后用再生剂再生对树脂的再生效果。同时,探究了再生剂用量、再生时间及再生温度对树脂再生率的影响。结果表明,有油膜包覆时的再生率仅能达到40%,消除油膜后的再生率高达90%以上;硫酸镁作为再生剂时,最佳用量为2 g/30 g树脂(100 mL去离子水),再生时间为3 h,再生温度为35~40℃;氯化铝作为再生剂时,最佳用量为1 g/30 g树脂(100 mL去离子水),再生时间为3 h,再生温度为35℃。
The regeneration effect of oil-coated ion exchange resin immersed in simulated oil-containing emulsifier and magnesium sulfate and aluminium chloride as regenerants was compared.At the same time,the effects of dosage of regenerant,regeneration time and regeneration temperature on the regeneration rate of resin were investigated.The results show that the regeneration rate can only reach40%when oil film is coated and 90%when oil film is removed.When magnesium sulfate is used as regenerant,the optimum dosage is 2 g/30 g resin(100 mL deionized water),the regeneration time is 3 h,the regeneration temperature is 35~40℃.When aluminium chloride is used as regenerant,the optimum dosage is 1 g/30 g resin(100 mL deionized water),and the regeneration time is 3 h,the regeneration temperature is 35℃.
