摘要
主要介绍短链碳氢化合物在烃基压裂体系中的应用,包括基液和添加剂,并按基液组分的复杂程度分为三种类型,即单一纯液态丙烷、液态丙烷混合物(LPG)和复杂碳氢化合物的混合物(油基),分析了体系的组成及短链碳氢结构在其中所起到的作用,介绍体系中主剂合成及优化,列表对比各压裂体系性能参数,阐述当前技术存在的优势与不足,并从微观的角度对短链碳氢化合物类无水压裂体系提出研究与发展建议,以期能更好地适用于非常规页岩地层。
This paper mainly introduces short chains of hydrocarbons in the application of alkyl fracturing system,including the base fluid and additives,and according to the complexity of the base fluid component can be divided into three types,namely single pure liquid propane,liquid propane mixtures(Liquefied petroleum gas)and complex mixture of hydrocarbons(oil),to analyze the composition and the short chain hydrocarbon structure of the system in which play a role,introduces the system synthesis and optimization,the main agent list contrast fracturing system performance parameters,advantages and disadvantages existing in the current technology.At the same time,the research and development suggestions of short chain hydrocarbon anhydrous fracturing system are put forward from the micro angle,hoping to be better applied to unconventional shale formation.
