摘要
长期以来二语习得研究领域一直非常关注学习者心理。相比之下,教师心理却很少受到重视。教师的心理需求和职业幸福无论是对于教师自身的职业发展,还是对于教学质量、学生学习及学生心理都起着决定性的作用。本文首先阐释关注外语教师心理的必要性,然后从研究的主要内容和理论视角两方面概述外语教师心理相关研究。希望本文能引起国内更多学者对外语教师心理研究的关注。
For many years the field of second language acquisition has focused so predominantly on the psychology of learners with so little attention devoted to teacher psychology in comparison. Teachers’ psychological needs and their professional wellbeing are closely connected to their own professional development, the quality of their teaching, their students’ performance as well as student psychology. I begin by describing the reasons for understanding teacher psychology, outlining the empirical studies in areas such as teacher cognition, teacher identity and motivation. Finally I discuss the theoretical perspectives on research of teacher psychology.
