摘要
通过采用锥形量热仪和烟密度分析仪,对添加酸式钼酸铜添加剂水性防火涂料的热释放速度、总热量释放值、总烟雾释放量和烟雾密度等进行分析,以确定酸式钼酸铜水性防火涂料对燃烧和烟雾的延缓和抑制作用,可为城市轨道交通车辆水性防火涂料的生产和制造提供参考。
By using the cone calorimeter and smoke density analyzer,the heat release rate(HRR),total heat release(THR),total smoke release quantity(SPR)and smoke density(TSR)of water-based fire retardant coating added with acid type molybdenum acid copper are analyzed,in order to determine the water-based fire retardant coating with acid type molybdenum acid copper for the delay and inhibitory effect of combustion and smoke,and provide reference for the production and manufacture of railway vehicle water-based fire retardant coating.
