Expression and Clinical Significance of Nodal in Cervical Tissue Samples

摘要 通过检测Nodal在宫颈临床标本中的表达,探索Nodal与宫颈癌发生、发展进程是否相关。收集正常宫颈(NC)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、宫颈浸润癌(ICC)组织标本,利用免疫组织化学检测并统计Nodal在宫颈组织中的表达。结果显示:Nodal在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈浸润癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为46\^81%(22/47)、50%(2/4)和79\^41%(54/68),经χ2检验,Nodal表达在正常宫颈和宫颈浸润癌之间有明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0\^001);免疫反应评分(IRS)分析也发现,Nodal的IRS评分呈现逐渐上升趋势,NC(3\^574±0\^520)、CIN(4\^250±2\^72)和ICC(6\^912±0\^490),方差分析结果显示具有统计学意义(P<0\^001)。结果表明:Nodal的表达在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤变、宫颈浸润癌中的表达逐渐上升,Nodal在宫颈癌发生、发展过程中可能起着一定的作用。 By detecting the expression of Nodal in cervical clinical specimens,the correlation between Nodal and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer was explored.Samples of normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical infiltrating carcinoma were collected and detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression of Nodal in cervical tissues was counted.The results showed that the positive expression rates of Nodal in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical infiltrating carcinoma tissues were 46.81%(22/47),50%(2/4)and 79.41%(54/68),respectively.Byχ2 test,the Nodal expression in normal cervix and cervical infiltrating carcinoma were greatly.different,with statistical significance(P<0.001).The analysis of immune response score also found that the IRS score of Nodal showed a gradually increasing trend,NC(3.574±0.520),CIN(4.250±2.72)and ICC(6.912±0.490).The results of variance showed statistical significance(P<0.001).The results showed that the expression of Nodal increased gradually in normal cervix,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical infiltrating carcinoma,and Nodal may play a certain role in the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
