摘要
目的观察多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者生长分化因子⁃9(GDF⁃9)、骨形态发生蛋白15(BMP⁃15)、BAX表达水平和卵巢储备功能,并分析PCOS患者GDF⁃9、BMP⁃15、BAX表达水平与卵巢储备功能的相关性。方法选取2017年2月至2018年3月在本院接受治疗的PCOS患者为研究对象,同时选取在本院接受治疗的卵巢囊肿患者作为对照。观察2组研究对象GDF⁃9、BMP⁃15、BAX表达水平和卵巢功能的差异,分析PCOS患者GDF⁃9、BMP⁃15、BAX表达水平与卵巢储备功能的相关性。结果PCOS组患者的GDF⁃9、BMP⁃15和BAX表达水平均高于卵巢囊肿组(t=-30.567、-19.349、-11.412,P<0.001);PCOS组患者的AMH水平高于卵巢囊肿组(t=-9.242,P<0.001),AFC水平低于卵巢囊肿组(t=15.890,P<0.001);PCOS组患者的FSH、LH、E2和T水平高于卵巢囊肿组(t=-8.251、-18.138、-17.925、-12.761,P<0.001);PCOS患者GDF⁃9、BMP⁃15、BAX表达水平与AMH、FSH、LH、E2和T水平正相关,与AFC水平负相关(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者的GDF⁃9、BMP⁃15、BAX表达水平较高,且与AMH、AFC、FSH、LH、E2和T等卵巢储备功能指标水平密切相关。
Objective To observe the expression of GDF⁃9,BMP⁃15,BAX and ovarian reserve in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and to analyze the correlation between the expression lev⁃el of GDF⁃9,BMP⁃15,BAX and ovarian reserve in PCOS patients.Methods Patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and pa⁃tients with ovarian cysts who were treated in our hospital were selected as controls.The differences in the ex⁃pression levels of GDF⁃9,BMP⁃15,BAX and ovarian function in the two groups of subjects were observed,and the correlation between two groups was also analyzed.Results The levels of GDF⁃9,BMP⁃15 and BAX in the PCOS group were higher than those in the ovarian cyst group(t=-30.567,-19.349,-11.412,P<0.001).The level of AMH in group PCOS was higher than that in ovarian cyst group(t=-9.242,P<0.001),and AFC level was lower than that in ovarian cyst group(t=15.890,P<0.001).The levels of FSH,LH,E2 and T in group PCOS were higher than those in ovarian cyst group(t=-8.251,-18.138,-17.925,-12.761,P<0.001).GDF⁃9,BMP⁃15 and BAX levels in PCOS patients were positively correlated with AMH,FSH,LH,E2 and T levels,and negatively correlated with AFC level(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of GDF⁃9,BMP⁃15 and BAX in patients with PCOS is high,and closely related to the ovarian reserve function,such as the levelovs of AMH,AFC,FSH,LH,E2 and T.
