摘要 人才培养与课堂教学质量紧密相关,提高人才培养质量首先要提高课堂教学质量。针对《幼儿教育心理学》理论性强、难度较大的特点,结合汉江师范学院学前教育专业创新型人才的培养目标定位,尝试进行创新教学改革。从提升学生学习心向、满足直接经验的获得、调动原有知识和新知识的逻辑性以及采用"先行组织者"帮助学生建立联系等方面进行初步探索,尤其在学科课程的关联性、学生学习内在动机的培养等方面进行一些尝试。 Talent training is closely related to the quality of classroom teaching.To improve the quality of talent training,we must first improve the quality of classroom teaching.Aiming at the characteristics of the theory of“Early Childhood Education Psychology”,which is highly theoretical and difficult,and combined with the training goal orientation of innovative talents for preschool education in Hanjiang Normal University,innovative teaching reform is carried out.This research is a preliminary exploration from the aspects of improving students learning intentions,satisfying the acquisition of direct experience,mobilizing the logic of existing knowledge and new knowledge,and adopting“first movers”to help students establish connections.Some attempts are made in the relevance of subject courses to cultivate students internal motivation.
