摘要
王亚南是中国当代著名的马克思主义经济学家和教育家,他在大学执教和从政三十多年,形成了丰富的高等教育思想,主要体现在高等教育发展观、高等教育质量观和高校教师观等方面。在发展观上,王亚南强调高等教育与社会发展相适应、与中国国情相适应、与不同校情相适应;在质量观上,王亚南强调高等教育质量建设必须处理好全面育人与政治思想教育的关系,处理好制度建设与形成良好风气的关系,处理好教学为主与兼顾科学研究的关系,处理好师资队伍建设与人才培养的关系,处理好掌握知识与培养创造能力的关系;在教师观上,王亚南提倡勤奋治学、循序渐进、团结协作和人人平等。加快推进高等教育强国建设,高等教育改革可以从王亚南高等教育思想中汲取发展的力量。
Wang Yanan is a famous contemporary Marxist economist and educator in China.He taught in universities and engaged in politics for more than 30 years.He had rich ideas of higher education,mainly embodied in the concept of higher education development,the quality of higher education and the view of university teachers.In the concept of development,Wang Yanan emphasized that higher education should adapt to social development,adapt to China's national condition,and adapt to different university conditions.In terms of quality,Wang Yanan stressed that the quality construction of higher education must deal with the relationship between comprehensive education and political and ideological education,deal with the relationship between the system construction and good formation,deal with the relationship between teaching and scientific research,deal with the relationship between the construction of teaching staff and personnel training,and deal with the relationship between mastering knowledge and cultivating creativity.In the view of teacher,Wang Yanan advocated studying diligently,step by step,cooperation,and equality.The reform of higher education should draw strength of development from Wang Yanan’s higher education thoughts to accelerate the construction of a strong country in higher education.
