老年消化系统疾病患者新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的防控建议

老年人免疫功能减弱,且多合并慢性基础疾病,是感染性疾病的高危人群。老年人群对新型冠状病毒普遍易感,感染后病情较重。新型冠状病毒肺炎的主要临床症状是发热、咳嗽、呼吸困难等呼吸系统表现,此外,在临床中也有一部分患者以腹泻为首发症状。因此,笔者针对老年消化道疾病患者预防新型冠状病毒感染,采取了一些防范措施。首先在患者就医过程以及日常生活方面进行防控。此外对患者进行营养不良评估,对重度营养不良的患者制定相应的营养方案。同时在消化内镜的筛查、操作以及洗消方面加强防控。在此基础上积极治疗患者的原发疾病。经过一系列防控措施,取得了阶段性的效果,有效地避免新型冠状病毒肺炎的发生。
