肝功能评价指标的临床应用进展

肝脏是体内代谢平衡的重要枢纽,常用的肝功能评估指标包括传统血清学指标、Child-Pugh和MELD评分系统、吲哚菁绿清除试验、影像学检查等。肝功能评估对急慢性肝损伤、肝纤维化及肝硬化、肝肿瘤等肝脏疾病的诊治具有较高的临床价值;并且随着评分系统的改良和影像学技术的进步,肝功能评估对肝移植分配顺序、手术方式和时机选择、手术安全切除范围、术后预后等方面具有重要的临床意义。文章对肝功能评价指标在临床中的应用进展作一综述。

Liver is an important hub of metabolism balance in vivo.The commonly used liver function evaluation indexes include traditional serological indexes,child Pugh and MELD scoring system,indocyanine green clearance test,imaging examination,etc.Liver function evaluation has high clinical value in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic liver injury,liver fibrosis,liver cirrhosis,liver tumor and other liver diseases.With the improvement of scoring system and the progress of imaging technology,liver function evaluation has important clinical significance in the allocation sequence of liver transplantation,the choice of operation mode and opportunity,the safe resection range of operation,and the prognosis after operation.This article reviews the progress of liver function evaluation index in clinical application.
