化纤企业压缩空气系统的能耗分析与改善

摘要 根据化纤行业特点,通过对3个分厂空压站连续3年的数据采集,比对不同压力配置的压缩空气系统,采用空压机用电单耗的形式来分析压缩空气系统的能耗优劣,针对化纤企业现场设备的网络喷嘴、吸枪对压缩空气的实际需求,从技术层面进行系统优化,从而达到节能降耗,为企业减负的目的。 According to the characteristics of the chemical fiber industry, the energy consumption of the compressed air system in the form of the unit consumption of the air compressor are analyzed by comparing the compressed air systems with different pressure configurations through the data collection of the three branch factories air compressor stations for three consecutive years. Aiming at the actual compressed air demand of interlace nozzle and suction gun for the site equipment of chemical fiber enterprise, the system is optimized from the technical level, so as to save energy and reduce consumption and reduce burden for the enterprise.
