精细化护理干预对膝关节半月板损伤患者短期预后的应用价值

Application Value of Fine Nursing Intervention in Short-term Prognosis of Knee Meniscus Injury

目的探讨精细化护理干预对膝关节半月板损伤患者短期预后的应用价值。方法选择我院2018年1月-2019年1月接诊膝关节半月板损伤患者78例,随机数表法分为观察组39例、对照组39例。对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组使用精细化护理模式。比较两组患者膝关节功能评分、日常生活活动能力评分、护理满意度。结果两组护理后对照组Lysholm评分低于观察组(P<0.05);两组护理后对照组Barthel评分低于观察组(P<0.05);对照组护理满意度79.49%低于观察组94.87%(P<0.05)。结论膝关节半月板损伤患者经精细化护理,膝关节功能得到明显改善,日常生活活动能力显著提高,患者较为满意。

Objective To investigate application value of fine nursing intervention in short-term prognosis of knee meniscus injury.Methods 78 patients with knee meniscus injury in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected,and divided into two groups by documentation order of admission,each with 39 cases.The control group received the routine nursing,while the observation group received the fine nursing intervention.Then the knee joint function score,activity of daily living score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the Lysholm scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);Barthel scores were higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(79.49%vs 94.87%,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the fine nursing intervention can effectively ameliorate the knee function and ability of daily living for knee meniscus injury patients,with high nursing satisfaction degree.
