综合护理模式对脑梗死患者康复水平及情绪的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Rehabilitation Level and Negative Emotions of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨综合护理模式对脑梗死患者康复水平及情绪的影响。方法选择88例在2018年6月-2019年4月期间我院收治的脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据入院顺序分为护理组(n=44)和基础组(n=44),基础组采取常规护理,护理组采取综合护理模式干预。比较两组患者干预后康复时间,比较两组患者干预前和干预后SAS、SDS评分和BMI、FMA评分。结果护理组患者干预后语言功能等所用康复时间短于基础组(P<0.05);两组患者在干预前SAS和SDS评分无差异(P>0.05);护理组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分低于基础组干预后(P<0.05);2组患者在干预前BMI、FMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);基础组患者干预后BMI、FMA评分低于护理组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采取综合护理干预可以提其康复水平,并能有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪,还对患者的日常活动能力及运动功能的康复也有很大帮助,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing on rehabilitation level and negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 88 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to April 2019 were selected,and divided into two groups according to the admission order,each with 44 cases.The basic group received the routine nursing and the nursing group was intervened with a comprehensive nursing.The rehabilitation time,SAS,SDS,BMI and FMA scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the recovery time of the language function of the nursing group was shorter than that of the basic group(P<0.05);SAS,SDS,BMI and FMA scores showed no difference between groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the nursing group had lower SAS and SDS scores as well as higher BMI and FMA scores than those of the basic group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction can effectively improve the rehabilitation level,ameliorate the negative emotions,and promote the recovery,which is worthy of promotion.
