议题、情绪和话语:新旧媒体交织演绎的肺炎舆情史

Covering the Epidemic:A comparison of Print Media Coverage of COVID-19 and Postings on Sina Weibo

摘要 本文以重要的防控措施和社会事件为参考节点,将2020年1月10日至2月21日分为九个时间段,并在各个时间段内对以"肺炎"为检索词的1756万条数据(微博数据17112409条,报刊报道数据452521篇)分别进行聚类分析,从报刊和微博两个维度探究疫情中的舆情焦点和情绪变化。本文发现,微博对于现实世界给予更迅速更直接的反馈,公众热议的话题也和当下热点事件紧密相关,报刊关注的议题更倾向于防控和修复;微博的语词总体更情绪化和民间化,报刊的语词总体更理性和规范。本文还根据时间发展对两类媒体中主要议题及其引发的舆情话语的变化情况进行了梳理。 This paper divides Jan.10,2020 to Feb.21,2020 into nine time periods according to essential prevention measures of COVID-19 and social events,then respective performs cluster analysis with LDA model on the 17.56 million pieces of data return from search word " pneumonia"(17,112,409 pieces of Weibo,452,521 pieces of articles in print media) to explore the focus of public opinion and the diversification of emotion during the epidemic.We find that Weibo reacts more quickly and directly to the real world,and the issues also closely related to hot events at that time.While print media focus more on prevention measures and repairing.Overall,words on Weibo are more emotional and human touch,while words of print media effected more by politics and reveal war metaphor.The paper also sorts out the evolution of main issues on the two kinds of media and public opinion developed based on it through time line.
