文化建政:中共对上海报业的文化接管与秩序重建

Establishing Regime with Culture:The Cultural Takeover and Order Reconstruction of Shanghai Newspaper Industry

上海是民国时期的经济文化中心,上海报业的接管带有全局性的战略意义。中共高度重视上海报业接管工作,在思想、组织和情报等方面做了精心部署。上海解放后,中共根据在丹阳集结期间制订的方案,迅速完成对上海反动报纸的接管工作,消灭旧的文化阵地。此时同时,中共通过报业登记制度,构建报业新格局,成功奠定了以党报为核心的公营报业网络的基础。中共对上海报业接管不仅是中共"农村办报"转向"城市办报"的重要转折点,也是中共通过文化建政、构筑新民主主义文化领导权的一个缩影。

Shanghai is the economic and cultural center in the period of the Republic of China,Takeover of Shanghai newspaper has overall strategic significance.The CCP attaches great importance to the takeover of the Shanghai newspaper and has made careful arrangements in terms of ideology,organization,and intelligence.After the liberation of Shanghai,according to the plan made during the assembly in Dan-yang,The CCP quickly completed the takeover of Shanghai’s reactionary newspapers and eliminated the old cultural front.At the same time,through the newspaper registration system,the CPC built a new pattern of the newspaper industry and successfully laid the foundation of the government-owned newspaper network with the party newspaper as the core.The takeover of Shanghai newspaper is an important turning point from"Rural Newspapers"to"Urban Newspapers",but also a microcosm for the CPC to build new democratic cultural leadership through cultural construction.
