摘要
基于Windows CE系统的桁架机器人控制系统,不断采集安装在各类机床、桁架上的传感器组、限位开关的信号反馈,并将采集到的信号传送至机器人控制系统。机器人控制系统对接收的信号进行处理、分析,判断相互之间的逻辑关系,确定动作时序,最后向各个工作单元发送指令信号,完成桁架机器人与各类机床之间的上下料、加工等动作,实现桁架机器人与机床之间的通讯,确保整条生产线安全、高效地工作。
The robot control system based on Windows CE system collects the signal feedback of sensor group and limit switches which are installed on all kinds of machine tools and gantry robot continuously.And also the signals which are collected are sent to the robot control system.Than the robot control system processes and analysis the signals which are received before,judges the logical relationship between each other,determine the action sequence.Finally the robot control system sends the command signals to each work units.Therefore the robot control system and all kinds of machine tools can achieve the communication and act logically with each other,which make sure the whole product line run safely and efficiently.
