摘要 针对蜂窝芯材料工件圆弧转角无法机加成形的瓶颈难题,依据超声振动加工原理及蜂窝芯材料特性,设计了一种超声振动插削刀。基于刀具初始结构设计,采用ABAQUS有限元软件对插削刀进行了模态分析,验证了该新型插削刀结构设计的合理性,并为该超声刀具的发展研究提供了结构参数支持。结果表明:第七阶振型为插削刀的理想振型,振幅分布有规律,振动稳定;刀具长度L=27mm,刀具厚度t=2.5 mm,楔角θ=13°为插削刀结构的适宜参数,符合超声切削加工对刀具的要求。 To solve the technical problem that the circular arc Angle of honeycomb core material parts cannot be machined,basing on the principle of ultrasonic machining,an ultrasonic vibration slotting cutter is designed.In order to keeping cutting tools meet the requirements of production,we have analyzed the structural characteristics of the slotting cutter,established a new dynamic model of milling cutter,which is derived by finite element software ABAQUS on the modal analysis of the milling cutter.It has confirmed the rationality of the design by cutter’s structure,and provided a perfect structural parameters to support the development of the ultrasonic cutting tool research.The results show that the seventh mode is the ideal mode of the slotting cutter,with regular amplitude distribution and stable vibration.The length of the cutter l=27 mm,the thickness of the cutter t=2.5 mm,and the wedge angle beingθ=13°.As the optimal choice of the structure of the slotting cutter,it accords with the requirements of ultrasonic cutting.
