摘要
为了研究纯钨材料的电加工特性,通过选用不同品质的纯钨材料,进行密度测量和金相观察,进而进行电火花打孔和线切割加工试验,结果表明材料致密度对电加工特性有较大影响。致密度越高,材料内部晶粒之间的空隙越少,放电加工时,材料越难蚀除,工具电极的相对损耗越高,线切割获得的表面质量越佳。
In order to study the EDM characteristics of tungsten material,density measurement and metallographic observation were carried out by selecting pure tungsten of different quality,and further experimental research of EDM and WEDM process were made.The result showed that,the high the density,the less the interspace between the grains,the more difficult it is to remove the material,the higher the relative loss of the tool electrode,and the better surface quality obtained by WEDM.
