摘要 根据某风洞喷管柔板工件的结构和尺寸分析了加工要点。喷管具有加工难度大、加工工艺复杂以及质量要求高等特点。通过工装设计,结合现有设备,优化了加工工艺,满足了加工质量要求。实践证明:此种优化工艺的方法可以使柔板型面的加工质量满足设计要求,对此类工件的机械加工具有一定的借鉴意义。 This paper analyses the processing key points according to the structure and size of a wind tunnel flexible plate of the nozzle.There are some characteristics about the processing of nozzle inner surface,such as difficult to cut,complex processing technology and high quality requirements.Through the equipment design and application of the current equipment,the processing technology is optimized,and the machining requirement is satisfied.It is proved by practice that this kind of technology optimization can make the processing quality of the flexible plate surface satisfying the design requirement,and it can be used for reference to the machining of this kind of part.
