摘要
对一款高效精密数控磨床砂轮动静压主轴系统的回转精度进行了测试,结果表明该砂轮主轴系统的回转精度很高。综合该砂轮主轴的旋转精度、静刚性、抗振性及热稳定性研究结果,表明是一款性能优良的磨床砂轮主轴。
The rotational accuracy of grinding wheel spindle system with hydrodynamic and hydrostatic bearing in a high accuracy grinding machine is tested,and the results show that the rotational accuracy of the spindle system is very high.The research results of rotational accuracy,static rigidity,vibration resistance and thermal stability of the spindle show that it is a very good grinding machine grinding wheel spindle.
