摘要
针对高精度薄壁类工件在机械加工中由于夹紧力[1]导致变形,造成工件尺寸、形状、位置精度超差的问题,通过加工实例引入了一种特殊的装夹方式--粘胶固定法,成功解决了工件的装夹变形问题,保证了工件的所有工艺要求,为以后加工薄壁类工件提供了很好的依据和借鉴[2]。
Aiming at the problem that the high-precision thin-walled parts are deformed due to the clamping force during machining,resulting in the size,shape and position accuracy of the parts,a special clamping method is introduced through the processing example-the adhesive is tight.The solid method successfully solves the problem of clamping deformation of the parts,guarantees all the process requirements of the parts,and provides a good basis and reference for the later processing of thin-walled parts.
