基于技术链的产业技术竞争情报服务模式探析

An Investigation to the Industrial Competitive Technical Intelligence Service Model Based on the Technology Chain

[目的/意义]在竞争日趋激烈的国际环境下,技术竞争情报已经远远超越了企业技术竞争这一范畴,而是延伸到更多行业层面。然而,对于产业技术竞争情报服务模式的研究目前还没有得到学者们足够的关注。产业技术竞争情报服务模式的构建有助于我国高新技术产业集群的可持续发展。[方法/过程]首先回顾了学者们目前对于产业技术竞争情报的研究。在对不同的产业竞争情报服务模式进行比较分析的基础上,提出了基于技术链的产业技术竞争情报服务模式。[结果/结论]文章提出了不同于传统产业竞争情报服务的新模式,产业技术链、企业集群内部相互关系对于产业技术竞争情报服务模式的重要性。所提出的服务模式丰富了产业技术竞争情报的理论研究,对于在实践中提升产业技术竞争情报服务水平也有一定的作用。

[Purpose/significance]Under the increasingly fierce competition,technical competitive intelligence has impacted more in industrial level competition rather than in enterprise level.However,the studies on industrial technical competitive intelligence service model has not obtained enough attention from researchers.The development of industrial competitive intelligence service model helps to enhance the competitive strength of the industry cluster.[Method/process]This paper firstly gives a review on the technical competitive intelligence.Based on the comparison and analysis of competitive intelligence service models in prior studies,this paper proposes the industrial technical competitive intelligence service model based on the technology chain.[Result/conclusion]The proposed service model illustrates that different from competitive intelligence service models,industrial technology chain and the interactions of enterprise groups within the industry cluster are crucial to industrial technical competitive intelligence service model.This model contributes to the technical competitive intelligence literature and also has implications to improve the industrial technical competitive intelligence service in practice.
