摘要
[目的/意义]有效评价区域科学-技术-产业(STI)协同创新水平对于制定针对性的区域创新发展战略有着重要意义。[方法/过程]文章在知识耦合理论的基础上,以科学创新、技术创新和产业活动为知识主体,三类创新活动中的知识内容为耦合对象,主题词为表征的知识元素作为知识内容的特征交集载体,通过量化的知识元素交集来评价区域STI协同创新的水平,以中医药领域31个省(市)为对象进行实证研究。[结果/结论]研究发现,STI彼此之间的知识关联水平不高;进一步利用耦合系数计算发现大部分省市STI三者整体的知识耦合度高,但是各省市知识内容宽度分布在很低的水平;因此,利用协同创新水平函数测度发现中医药领域STI协同创新水平不高,而且多数的省市的协同创新水平维持在一个较低的水平。
[Purpose/significance]Effectively evaluating the level of regional scientific-technical-industry collaborative innovation is of great significance in formulating targeted regional innovation development strategies.[Method/process]Based on the theory of knowledge coupling,this paper takes scientific innovation,technological innovation and industrial activities as the main body of knowledge.The knowledge content in the three innovation activities is the coupling object,and the subject element is the knowledge element of the representation as the feature intersection carrier of knowledge content.This article evaluates the level of regional science-technology-industry collaborative innovation through the intersection of quantified knowledge elements,and conducts application research in 31 provinces(cities)in the field of Chinese medicine.[Result/conclusion]The research results found that the current level of knowledge correlation among science,technology and industry in the field of Chinese medicine is not high;This paper further uses the coupling coefficient calculation to find that the science-technology-industry of the three provinces and cities in the field of traditional Chinese medicine has a high degree of knowledge coupling,but the provinces and cities have a low level of knowledge content distribution;Therefore,it is found that the level of collaborative innovation in science,technology and industry in the field of traditional Chinese medicine is not high by using the collaborative innovation level function measure,and the level of collaborative innovation in most provinces and cities is maintained at a low level.
