摘要
[目的/意义]加强情报学科建设与人才培养是贯彻落实总体国家安全观的重要举措,也是当前我国高等教育发展的历史使命。[方法/过程]对2020版美国专业分类目录和美国国家教育统计中心的相关统计数据(2017-2018学年)进行梳理分类与描述性统计,进而构建美国情报专业发展现状的全景图。[结果/结论]发现美国具有着重应用型人才培养、核心教学内容明确、专业小而精等特点。结合我国情报学高等教育实情,提出了科学构建"部门职能-学科专业"紧密对口的情报学科结构、政府和高校共建以就业为导向的培养模式、规范人才培养目标和核心教学内容、高质量建立"本硕为主、规模适度"的办学格局。
[Purpose/significance]Developing intelligence discipline is the important measurement to fulfill"Overall National Security Concept",and is the historic mission for our higher education.[Method/process]By analyzing the big picture of both American Classification of Instructional Programs(2020)and American National Center for Education Statistics’College Navigator Database(2017-2018),found there are characteristic such as valuing applied professionals,clear core instruction content,small and good program.[Result/conclusion]Considering of the fact of Chinese intelligence higher education,put forward on constructing intelligence discipline structure based on functions of governmental department,building the job-oriented educational pattern,designing learning goal and core instruction content,and making the associate and master mainly,small scale developing situation for intelligence major.
