京津冀远程教育基层分校跨区域合作路径初探——以北京开放大学延庆分校为例

摘要 基于地域文化生态的京津冀远程教育区域合作与发展研究是京津冀区域经济发展过程中成人教育研究的重要课题。以基层分校——延庆开放大学分校为试点,以2022年冬奥会为契机寻找区域共同社会服务导向,以期满足区域产业对应用型人才的需求,形成适应延庆区和张家口地域经济发展需要的远程教育教学及学习支持服务体系,为区域经济建设提供人力资源支持服务。 The research on the regional cooperation and development of distance education in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei based on regional culture and ecology is an important topic of adult education research in the process of regional economic development in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.Taking Yanqing Open University Branch as the pilot,taking the 2022 Winter Olympic Games as an opportunity to find regional common social service orientation,it is to meet the needs of application-oriented talents in regional industries,and to form a distance education teaching and learning support service system to meet the needs of Yanqing District and Zhangjiakou regional economic development,and to provide human resource support services for the regional economic construction.
