The Responsibility of Colleges and Universities and Counselors in Improving College Students Self Innovation Ability

创新型国家的建设,需要培养创新型人才。根据青年大学生的特性,探索提升大学生自我创新能力才是目前人才培养的有效路径。分析大学生自我创新能力提升的要素,认为作为高校与辅导员,应不遗余力地营造提升大学生自我创新能力的外部环境,并提出高校的三大职责与辅导员的四项担当。

The construction of an innovative country needs to cultivate innovative talents.According to the characteristics of young college students,it is an effective way to cultivate talents by improving their self innovation ability.This paper analyzes the elements of improving the self innovation ability of college students,and points out that as colleges and universities as well as counselors,we should spare no effort to create an external environment to improve the self innovation ability of college students,and puts forward three major responsibilities of colleges and universities and four responsibilities of counselors.
