摘要
当前,应用型本科转型,对教师的培养提出了新的要求。内蒙古农业大学职业技术学院通过“教师素质提升工程”的实施,形成了以新入职教师培养培训、优秀青年教师培养培训、骨干教师培养培训等面向各个层级教师的教师队伍建设体系,通过搭建教师技能竞赛等“四个平台”,切实提高教师的教学能力等“四项能力”,在应用型本科师资队伍建设过程中取得了较好的效果,具有一定的参考价值。
At present,the transformation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of teachers.Through the implementation of“quality of teachers improvement project”,the Vocational and Technical College of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University has formed a teacher team building system for all levels of teachers,including new teachers training,excellent young teachers training,and backbone teachers training.Through the construction of“four platforms”for teachers skill competition,the teaching ability and other“four abilities”have been effectively improved.It has achieved good results in the construction of application-oriented undergraduate teaching staff,and has certain reference value.
