当前劳动教育的困境与解决途径之思考

开展劳动教育,对学生素质的全面发展至关重要。当下,我国劳动教育是素质教育中的薄弱环节,存在劳动教育课程地位缺失,课时常常被其他学科挤占;缺乏劳动教育课程实施的场所和资源;缺少相应健全的评价系统等问题。在加快推进教育现代化,建设教育强国的时代背景下,需要重新审视劳动教育这块短板。在转变观念、强化学生劳动意识的同时,也要制定政策措施加以鼓励引导,通过立法厘清劳动教育实施过程中可能产生的法律问题;拓宽劳动教育课程的实施渠道,利用好社会教育资源;加强专门师资的培养,建立并完善相关评价体系;更要让劳动教育回归家庭,形成家校劳动教育联动,真正促进学生身心的全面发展。

Labor education is very important to the all-round development of students quality.At present,our country's labor education is a weak link in quality education.It has the following problems:the missing of status of labor education curriculum,the occupation of class hours by other disciplines;the lack of places and resources for the implementation of labor education curriculum;the lack of a sound evaluation system.Under the background of accelerating the modernization of education and building a strong educational country,we need to re-examine the shortcoming of our labor education.While changing previous concepts and strengthening students labor consciousness,we should also formulate policies and measures to encourage and guide labor education,and clarify the legal problems that may arise in the implementation of labor education through legislation;widen the channel of implementing the course of labor education and make good use of social education resources;strengthen the training of specialized teachers and establish and perfect the relevant evaluation system;more importantly,it is necessary to make labor education return to the family,form a linkage between home and school labor education,and truly promote the comprehensive development of students body and mentality.
