基于流程规范化管理的阅读推广项目实践研究——以天津大学图书馆阅读推广项目为例

Study on Reading Promotion Projects Based on Standardized Process Management:Taking the Reading Promotion Project of Tianjin University Library as an Example

流程规范化管理在提升阅读推广项目质量及影响力方面具有重要的作用。针对天津大学图书馆纸电图书资源的阅读推广现状,建立了阅读推广流程规范化管理模式。通过对照实验,对比分析了流程规范化管理的阅读推广项目对微信阅读人数、微信分享人数的影响。结果表明:流程规范化管理对提高阅读推广项目的质量、扩大影响力具有正向影响。在实践工作中,可通过加强项目选题的针对性、重视开展项目总体规划及建立高效沟通机制等手段提升项目质量,扩大影响力。

Standardized process management plays an important role in improving the quality and influence of reading promotion projects.According to the current situation of reading promotion for books and e-books in Tianjin University Library,this paper establishes a standardized process management model of reading promotion,analyzes the influence on the quantity of WeChat readers and WeChat sharers of standardized process management in reading promotion projects by controlled experiment,whose results show that standardized process management has a positive impact on improving the quality and expanding of reading promotion projects,and in practice,we can enhance the project’s quality and influence by strengthening the pertinence of topics,paying more attention to the overall planning of the projects and establishing efficient communication mechanism.
