提升型产业园区规划仍在实施层面具有一定的困难。论文从规划环境层面剖析了园区面临发展目标困境、低效工业用地困境和政策保障困境,进而从3方面提出实施规划对策。

The upgrading of industrial park planning still has some difficulties in the implementation level.This paper analyzes the difficulties of development goal,low efficiency industrial land and policy guarantee from the planning environment,and then puts forward the implementation plan countermeasure from three aspects.
