房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构施工关键技术研究

Research on Key Construction Technologies of Precast Concrete Structure of Housing Construction

在现代化社会的发展中,建筑行业的发展十分迅速,为了推动装配式建筑的快速发展,我国很多省、市针对装配式建筑的建设出台了一些政策,但我国装配式混凝土结构施工技术还不够完善,装配式建筑仍处于初步发展阶段。论文对房屋建筑装配式混凝土结构的施工特点进行论述,从前期准备、构件运输、预制生产以及装配施工4个方面进行关键技术的探究,以供参考和借鉴。

In the development of modern society,the construction industry develops very rapidly.In order to promote the rapid development of prefabricated building,many provinces and cities in China have issued some policies on prefab building.However,the construction technology of prefabricated concrete structure is not perfect,and prefabricated building is still in the initial stage of development.This paper discusses the construction characteristics of prefabricated concrete structure of building,and probes into the key technologies from four aspects:preliminary preparation,component transportation,prefabricated production and assembly construction.
