近年来,随着我国经济水平的日益提高,我国的核电技术也取得了突破性的成果,从而为人们的生活带来了极大的便利。但是,在核电厂的日常管理中,经常因人因失误而导致核电厂发生安全事故,基于此,论文主要对核电厂运行人员防人因失误管理进行探讨,以供参考。

In recent years,with the increasing improvement of China's economic level,China's nuclear power technology has also achieved breakthrough results,thus bringing great convenience to people's lives.However,in the daily management of nuclear power plants,safety accidents often occur in nuclear power plants due to human errors.Based on this,the paper mainly discusses the management of preventing human error in nuclear power plant operation for reference.
