工程造价管理对节约施工成本和提升企业经济效益有非常显著的作用。随着施工行业的规范化和现代化,造价管理成为工程建设的重要管理内容,应贯穿到工程建设的全过程中。论文对港口和航道工程的造价管理方式进行研究,主要对全过程造价管理在工程投标阶段和施工阶段中的应用进行了详细的介绍。

Project cost management plays an important role in saving construction cost and improving enterprise economic benefit.With the standardization and modernization of construction industry,cost management has become an important management content of engineering construction,which should be throughout the whole process of engineering construction.This paper studies the cost management method of port and waterway engineering,and mainly introduces the application of the whole process cost management in the bidding stage and construction stage.
