我国建筑领域的产业结构调整与低碳转型扩大了装配式建筑的市场需求,但是现阶段国内还没有十分健全的施工体系。对此,论文探讨了现阶段我国施工方面的关键技术,并从安装、构件、材料、人员等角度研究了现在我国装配式建筑施工中的缺陷与不足,并提出针对性的措施及对策。

The industrial structure adjustment and low-carbon transformation in China's construction sector have expanded the market demand for prefabricated buildings,but there is still no sound construction system in China.In this regard,the paper discusses the key technologies of construction in China at the present stage,and from different angles of installation,components,materials,personnel,etc.,the paper also studies the defects that still exist in the construction of assembled buildings in China,and puts forward specific measures and countermeasures.
