Design and Implementation of Database Construction of Old Parcel Map Without Parcel Code

针对厦门市土地房屋权籍管理的现实需要,结合工作实际,通过对双登以后(含双登时)已登记发证、但宗地图仍为无宗地代码旧宗地图的历史案宗进行数字化整理入库的做法进行探索分析,总结数据整理与建库切实可行的作业方法,为今后的工作提供借鉴。

Aiming at the practical needs of the management of land and property rights in Xiamen,combined with the actual work,this paper explores and analyzes the practice of digitally organizing and storing historical cases that the certificate has been registered and is sued,but the old parcel map is still without parcel code.Then this paper summarizes the feasible methods of data collation and database construction to provide reference for future work.
