目的《葡萄品种与栽培学》是葡萄与葡萄酒工程专业重要的基础课之一。该课程为新开设,也没有相应的教材,在教学内容和教学方法上缺少可借鉴的内容。因此,需对该课程的教学内容和教学方法进行探讨。方法根据自身教学体会,探讨该课程的教学内容,同时在教学方法上提出自己的见解。结果与结论通过运用多媒体技术、比较式教学、案例教学、布置作业等教学手段可有效提高教学质量。

Objective Ampelography and viticulture is one of the important basic courses in grape and wine engineering which is a new course and has no corresponding teaching material.To discuss the teaching content and teaching methods of this course.Methods Teaching experiences of this course were studied to analyze the teaching content and propose own opinion on the teaching methods.Results and Conclusion Many teaching methods will effectively improve the quality of teaching such as the application of multimedia technology,comparative teaching,case teaching,job placement and so on.
