摘要
目的通过实验探讨“杞月茶”对DOR、POF的防治作用。方法选用动情周期正常SPF级SD大鼠50只,随机选取5只为空白组,余下45只使用环磷酰胺腹腔注射造为DOR模型,成功后随机分为模型组5只,枸杞子、月季花、杞月茶及芬吗通组各10只。分别按剂量予蒸馏水、枸杞子颗粒、月季花颗粒、杞月茶颗粒及芬吗通灌胃给药,每日1次,连续4周,治疗结束5 d后处死大鼠。观察实验期间大鼠行为学变化并采集血清,检测大鼠性激素水平。结果杞月茶及芬吗通组大鼠通过治疗后,其FSH值明显下降,LH值与空白组比较无统计学差异;治疗后各组大鼠FSH/LH及E2值均有明显下降及上升。结论枸杞子及月季花单味药物对于DOR无明显治疗作用,但“杞月茶”与芬吗通对DOR均具有显著疗效,且“杞月茶”具有不良反应少及便捷等优势,可为进一步研发改善卵巢功能的保健品奠定基础。
Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the eff ect of Qiyue tea on DOR and POF.Methods Selecting 50(SPF)SD rats with normal estrus cycle,5 were randomly selected for the blank group,and the remaining 45 injected with cyclophosphamide intraperitoneally to made the DOR model.After that,they were randomly divided into the model group(5 rats),and the medlar group,Chinese rose group,Qiyue tea group,estrogen group model group,every group had 10 rats.The rats were respective given distilled water,medlar granules,Chinese rose granules,qiyue tea granules and estrogen by gavage once a day for 4 consecutive weeks.Then killed them at 5 days after the end of treatment.To observed the behavioral changes of rats during the experiment and collected serum to detect the level of sex hormones.Results After treatment,the FSH value was decreased signifi cantly in qiyue tea and estrogen groups,and their LH value has no statistically diff erent from blank group.The value of FSH/LH and E2 in each group decreased and increased significantly after treatment.Conclusion Medlar and Chinese rose are not obvious in the treatment of single drug,but Qiyue tea and estrogen are all has signifi cant and similar curative eff ect.What’s more,Qiyue tea with a smaller side eff ects and advantages of the convenient,this will lay a foundation for further research and development to improve ovarian function of health care products.
