Ramsay Hunt Syndrome mainly manifested as ear pain,ear herpes and peripheral facial paralysis,clinical treatment is often delayed and left obvious sequelae.The author used penetration needling with elongated needle combined with acupoint injection after cupping in the treatment of Ramsay Hunt Syndrome is eff ective.This paper illustrates the mechanism of treatment by analyzing typical medical records.Penetration needling with elongated needle combined with acupoint injection after cupping in the treatment of Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome has the advantages of rapid onset,stable eff ect and no side eff ects.This treatment is easily accepted by patients and worthy of clinical promotion and further research.
