摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP)测定有机硅浆渣中铜元素质量分数,研究了浆渣前处理方法对测试的影响。结果表明,较佳的前处理方法为高温煅烧后,采用氢氟酸、硝酸、高氯酸、盐酸进行酸溶消解。ICP测定有机硅浆渣中铜元素质量分数的准确度和精密度均满足实际生产要求。
The contents of copper in silicone slurry residues were determined by inductively coupled plasma(ICP)emission spectrometer,and the influence of pretreatment methods on the content of copper in slurry was studied.Results show that the preferred pretreatment method is that acid digestion with hydrofluoric acid,nitric acid,perchloric acid,and hydrochloric acid after calcination at high temperature.The accuracy and precision of ICP determination of copper content in silicone slurry residues meets the requirements of the production.
