发酵饲料对大午金凤蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:11

摘要 文章旨在研究以玉米黄粉和玉米胚芽粕为底物的发酵饲料对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和抗氧化能力的影响。利用益生菌对玉米黄粉和玉米胚芽粕发酵制备发酵饲料。选用健康且产蛋性能相近56周龄的大午金凤蛋鸡160只,随机分成2组,每组5个重复,每个重复16只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组饲喂10%发酵饲料替代10%基础日粮,试验期42 d。试验结果表明:①发酵饲料可溶性蛋白含量由发酵前的42.06 mg/g增加到118.32 mg/g,总必需氨基酸含量增加25.76%。②与对照组相比,前期试验组蛋鸡平均产蛋率显著增加(P<0.05),破损蛋率显著降低(P<0.05),血清MDA和CAT含量显著降低(P<0.05);后期试验组平均产蛋率增加了3.85%(P>0.05);所产鸡蛋的蛋白高度和哈氏单位均显著提高(P<0.05),蛋壳厚度显著下降(P<0.05),血清CAT、SOD和GSH-Px含量均显著增加(P<0.05);肝脏T-AOC、SOD和GSH-Px含量都有升高趋势(P>0.05)。综上所述,玉米黄粉和玉米胚芽粕经过益生菌发酵后,物料本身营养价值提高,蛋鸡日粮中添加10%发酵饲料,提高了大午金凤蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋品质并达到改善血清和肝脏抗氧化的效果。 The purpose of this article is to study the effect of fermented feed using corn yellow meal and corn germ meal as substrates on production performance,egg quality and antioxidant capacity of laying hens.Using probiotics to ferment corn yellow meal and corn germ meal to prepare fermented feed.160 healthy Dawu Golden Phoenix laying hens with healthy egg production performance of 56 weeks were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups with 5 repetitions in each group and 16 chickens in each repetition.The control group was fed the basic diet,and the experimental group was fed the 10%fermented feed instead of the 10%basic diet for 42 days.The experimental results showthat:①The soluble protein content of fermented feed increased from 42.06 mg/g before fermentation to 118.32 mg/g,and the total essential amino acid content increased by 25.76%.②Compared with the control group,the average laying rate of laying hens in the early test group was significantly increased(P<0.05),the broken egg rate was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the serum MDA and CAT contents were significantly reduced(P<0.05);the later test The average egg production rate of the group increased by 3.85%(P>0.05);the egg height and Hastelloy unit of the eggs produced were significantly increased(P<0.05),the thickness of the eggshell was significantly reduced(P<0.05),serum T-AOC,The contents of CAT,SOD and GSH-Px increased significantly(P<0.05);the contents of liver T-AOC,SOD and GSH-Px all increased(P>0.05).In summary,after the fermentation of corn yellow meal and corn germ meal with probiotics,the nutritional value of the material itself is increased.Adding 10%fermented feed to the diet of laying hens improves the production performance and egg quality of Dawu Golden Phoenix laying hens and to improve the antioxidant effect of serum and liver.
